Individual Sessions

Personalised one-on-one therapy sessions to address specific concerns and provide tailored support

Engaging in therapy can seem like a big decision. However, it can be as simple as going to a doctor to get help with a physical health issue. Individual therapy provides a non-judgmental safe space where you can express without hesitation and fear. Your confidentiality is assured and whatever you share will not be revealed or shared with anyone outside the therapy room (with limits for safety of course). We will focus and individualise your treatment plan, which will be designed to cater to your situation/needs. Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on your needs and the severity of the issues.

Group Sessions

Providing knowledge, skills and tools for individual, organisations or community groups

Group therapy can be a great way to work on yourself with the benefit of sharing the experience with others who have an understanding and desire to get support too. The power of the group can be a strong tool to  help you learn, teach and grow with others. We run group programmes and can design and implement group sessions that target your specific needs, in your workplace or community group.

Workplace Sessions

We have options for both face-to-face and remote training courses, workshops and online training available on a range of mental health/psychology related topics including:

  • Suicide Awareness

  • Managing Emotions

We are based in Cambridge and offer in-person, video and telehealth options.
